As each item is handmade to order please take our turnaround times into consideration when ordering 

Returns
As our items are handmade-to-order, we offer free alterations in under 7 days of reception. The items will need to be unworn, buyer pays return postage. 
As each item takes an enormous amount of time and resources, and that each item is made specifically for each customer we do not accept returns. Please ensure that you are aware of this before purchase.
 

Shipping

All HANDMADE designs are shipped tracked/signed for via Royal Mail and I do not claim responsibility for lost packages, as this would need to be taken up with the carrier, especially if a tracked item has been marked as successfully delivered.

I AM NOT LIABLE FOR LOCAL CUSTOMS CHARGES ( this now includes Ireland )
